Radio La Benevolencija Humanitarian Tools Foundation (RLB), is a Dutch non-governmental organization working in Rwanda since 2004. The central mission of the organization is to target empower groups and individuals that form the target of hate speech and ensuing acts, and to strengthen the population as a whole. Through the use of entertainment & education (mainly radio and TV programs) and grassroots empowerment activities, the societies RLB works with are given the knowledge of how to resist incitement to violence and heal trauma, encouraging them to be active bystanders in the face of discrimination, scapegoating and mass violence.
