Voz Workers Rights Education Project is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit and worker-led organization that empowers immigrants and day laborers to gain control over their working conditions through leadership development, organizing and community education. We also operate the Martin Luther King, Jr. Worker Center, which connects hundreds of workers a month with local employers and jobs. Visit www.portlandvoz.org
The database internship is the nexus that connects all branches of Voz Workers' Rights Education Project. By community organizing, updating, and synchronizing data, they will directly facilitate all processes of budget and organizing. Additionally, the database intern will be charged with updating of the Voz website, and creating and sending email updates to our members
