This project is the result of a partnership with the local
community. The aim of the project is reinforcement of the language capacities
of children and youth with fewer opportunities. In this project, we will try to
gather both Moroccan and international volunteers.
The volunteers will teach one or two foreign languages (English / French / Spanish / Italian / German) to children and young people of the community. The volunteers will work five days a week, five hours a day, with two days off per week. The volunteers will have 6 hours of Arabic language classes per week for a month.
Special requirements: Volunteers should be
motivated to teach children and young people; have enough skills and
competences to achieve this mission; be open-minded, flexible, social and open
for intercultural exchange with the Moroccan population.
Language: English or French
Duration of the project: The volunteer
placements are from 1 to 10 months.
Accommodation: The participants will be
accommodated in host families or in an apartment with 2 or 3 volunteers.

Beni Mellal
Age range: 18 and over
Participation fee: $590 CAD
Extra fee: 150 Euros/month
The extra fee is intended to support the hosting
organization who does not have sufficient funds. It is due upon arrival on the
project.
