The volunteers will work with the kids of Thai Hai
kindergarten in Thai Nguyen. The main tasks will be: teaching English,
organizing leisure and outdoor activities for the children, guiding them on how
to use computer, preparing performances with the children for special events
and encouraging them to speak English by active daily communication.
Special requirements: Volunteers should be
enthusiastic, patient, optimistic, creative and full of energy and ready to
work with children. Working experience with kids is an advantage.
Language: English
Duration of the project: 2-12 months
Accommodation: Volunteers will stay in an
eco-tourism village where they can have a real cultural exchange
experience. Sleeping bag is needed.
Location: Thai Nguyen City
Terminal: Noi Bai International Airport (HAN)
Age range: 18 and over
Participation fee: $590 CAD
Extra fee: 7,500,000 VND (about 260 Euro)/month
The extra fee is intended to support the hosting
organization who does not have sufficient funds. It is due upon arrival on the
project.
