DOBEY International (DI) is a newly established, growth
oriented development contactor firm. DI is now looking for some business
development associates who have previous experience on business development and
proposal writing or who don’t have previous experience but interested to work
and grow as a business development professional.
Requirements;
- Ability
to develop new projects capturing and translating RFP ideas into project
ideas.
- Ability
to negotiate contracts and support the transition from an acquisition
stage to actual project stage. Identify and develop new business
opportunities with potential partners.
- Should
have a “can-do” attitude and able to work in various projects at the same
time. Has business and acquisition competencies, is a self-starter.
- Experience
on development of major international donors such as USAID, Dutch Foreign
Affairs, AusAID, GTZ, GFATM, UK Aid etc. would be an asset but not
mandatory.
- Lead
the process of selecting the appropriate experts (both International &
National) for projects, communicating with them and preparing the CVs per
requirements;
- Keep
track of the submitted EOIs and Proposals;
- Native
English speaker is preferred but professional level English would be
acceptable.
- Should
have a graduate level of education.
- Ability
to work as a member of team and under pressure
