Sponsorship Translation Interns

World Vision is an international Christians Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for twenty(20) qualified Cambodian to fill vacant of:

Positions of: Sponsorship Translation Interns

Location: Sponsorship Operation, Phnom Penh

I. PURPOSES OF THE POSITION:

To translate & facilitate the packaging of Annual Progress Report (APR) Card or Water Festival Card (WFC) in the peak season Fiscal year 2014 and process the photo packaging of Sponsored Children then mail out to Sponsors/Support Offices.

II.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Check & review the quality of the card and its content especially the Khmer passage of the Sponsored Children
2. Translate the message from Khmer into English
3. Stick that photo and the Sponsor Label onto the card and envelope respectively
4. Insert the okay card into the corresponding envelope (with Sponsor Label) and seal it
5. Prepare the disqualified cards & return them to respective Area Development Program (ADP) Offices
6. File the Sending Form from the Area Development Program (ADP) Offices and Sending Form of returning the APR/WFC into the Box File correctively
7. Prepare the Progress Report about the mail-out / receive-in card weekly
8. Prepare the report for the Returned Mail to/from ADP Offices weekly.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

1. University student / fresh graduate; English major is preferred.
2. Knowledge of administrative or customer service work is a plus.
3. Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
4. Willing to work as a team & willing to learn
5. Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks under a specific turn-around time
