Human Resource Research Volunteer

Location: US - CT - Westport Home Office

Summary

We are looking for a skilled volunteer who is interested in working in the Human Resources Department assisting  with research projects, analysis work  and  other processes relating to Human Resources.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical research for topics pertaining to Human Resource initiatives.
• Help prepare PowerPoint  presentations.
• File confidential employee  information
• Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• Excellent ability to gather, synthesize and interpret information over the web
• Ability to prepare accurate, detailed, well-written reports
• Proven ability with Excel database spreadsheet set up and management
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work fast and well independently, with a minimum of supervision
• Self motivated with high performance goals
• Great communication and organizational skills

Classification

    Volunteer         Part-time:  14-21 hours/week     Minimum three month committment
