Hagar Cambodia is now looking for the passionate and qualified Cambodian employees to fulfill a vacant position as “Human Resources Support Intern” for HR Department based in Phnom Penh.

MAIN SCOPES OF WORK

• Providing HR Administrative and Clerical Services such as messenger, filing, copying and updating other related HR documents
• Assisting Compensation& Benefits Officer related to Insurance Claim Process
• Responsible for data-entry of staff leave request, monthly leave report and responding any enquiries related to staff’s leave entitlement
• Partially assisting Recruitment &Staff Relations Officer in Recruitment Process
• Facilitating in Entry Visa and Visa Extension for expat staff if necessary
• Assisting Learning &Development Officer in keeping records and data-entry of PDP, training and scholarship request; and conducting new staff orientation workshop.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor Degree) in Management, preferably in HR Management or some training courses related to HR field
• Good Facilitation, Coordination and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong ability to communicate in English and Khmer (both written and spoken)
• Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Outlook Express)
• Fast learner, willing to learn
• Flexibility, adaptability, transparency
• Social and detail-oriented person
• Integrity and be able to keep confidential
• Willingness to commit to Hagar’s core competencies and core values
