Does Facebook excite you and do you seem to always be checking your friends’ status updates?Have you ever wanted to strengthen your Facebook skills to turn them into a profitable venture for yourself, but don’t know where to start? Do you want to learn how group and business pages grow and how to develop them? 

If you answered yes to these questions, Global Site Plans wants your application.

Global Site Plans is seeking a creative problem-solver who is eager to learn about Facebook group and business page coordination and development. As the Facebook Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for all Facebook communications. You will learn how to use analytics, messaging, notes, and other tools to increase communication with individuals and groups that have liked Global Site Plans . You will also create a campaign in order to increase Global Site Plans’ Facebook likes. Global Site Plans will provide comprehensive training and guidance throughout the Facebook Community Coordinator internship.

Qualifications:

● 1-year commitment, contractually, for 5-10 hours per week;
● Excellent English writing skills, keen attention to spelling and grammar;
● Uninterrupted Internet and computer access, must check email and Facebook daily;
● Independent self-started;
● Current Facebook account and knowledge of group and business pages;
● Knowledge regarding the environmental design fields of architecture,
engineering, landscape architecture, urban planning, or urban design;
● Problem solver and creative thinker;
● Ability to develop and implement Facebook marketing plan and campaigns;
● Great communication and people skills;
● Multicultural understanding and awareness;
● A large personal Facebook community is a plus.

Internship Outcomes:

● Ability to construct and successfully implement a Facebook marketing plan and campaign;
● Learn tools that attract Facebook group and business likes, within Facebook rules;
● Discover how Facebook page content affects search engine optimization (S.E.O);
● Ability to use Facebook analytics to shape content that appeals to a wider audience, increasing interactions;
● Performance based upon the success of your marketing plan and
campaigns, and the amount of Facebook likes attained and retained during your internship.
