Summary
The Global Learning and Development Department is looking for an Intern to assist the team in building staff resilience resources and contribute to delivering leadership development programs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about what it takes to make an international organization work and how to support staff in pursuit of a common mission.
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Global Learning team maintaining current and creating a new website relating to international Staff Resilience and Change management. 
  • A component of the work will entail researching and developing content for the website as well as branding key documents. 
  • Administering learning events including orientation classes, leadership and management workshops, and organizational development seminars.
  • The position calls for interaction with staff throughout the organization giving good exposure to the inner workings of a human resources department that supports a large global organization.
Requirements
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
  • Practice good follow-through on tasks / assignments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well in a team
  • Good writing skills
  • MS Office, MS Publisher, Power Point or similar skills a plus
  • Basic computer skills including website design, document and visual design
  • Creative design ability a plus
  •  Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate, graduate or post-graduate academic program
  • Must be able to receive credit from their college or institution. (A minimum requirement is a letter from a professor supporting the candidate. This is only needed when an internship is offered.)
